Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with leads, promoting our product and or services, closing sales.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  
• Welcome customers to the office and answer their queries.
  
• Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the office design).
  
• Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying potential clients, creating and delivering client presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate client records.

Requirements:

• Minimum Ond certificate holder (marketing or Business administration is an added advantage) and a minimum of 1 year of experience
