- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date on our properties, features, and services
- Provide accurate information about properties to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, sales, or related field preferred ·
- Proven sales experience in real estate or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
