Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide product information and guide customers on over-the-counter (OTC) options (under pharmacist supervision)
- Process cash, card, and POS transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and well-organized
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist in inventory control
- Handle customer inquiries in-store, via phone, or online channels
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support merchandising and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, punctual, and dependable
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Experience working in a pharmacy or health-related retail environment
- Social media or basic digital sales skills
