Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing them with a friendly and positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in finding the right products and make recommendations based on their preferences and needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and cleaning the store
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product information, trends, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the store manager and team to meet sales goals and maintain the store’s brand image
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the perfume industry and market trends
• Comfortable working with POS systems and handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be within commutable distance to Ikeja and willing to work 2 Sundays in a month.

Work Schedule: Work 6 days a week, with 2 Sundays off per month, and 5 days a week on weeks when Sunday work is required.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 50,000 - 75,000
