Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales - social media, walk-ins, and cross-sell products
- Follow up on leads generated via social media & referrals
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Provide product knowledge and tailored recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping shelves stocked, displays tidy, and promotional signage up-to-date
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, cards, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in regular stock counts
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in line with store policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure a smooth daily operation
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and brand campaigns to communicate with customers effectively
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Speaks fluent English and is confident
- Social media savvy
Location: Ikeja, Lekki and environs
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000 Monthly
