Job Summary

Dripylux is a fashion ecommerce store that bridges the gap between local designers and a global customers base. We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. At Driplux, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. Our innovative team is dedicated to ensuring that our merchants and every customer has a seamless shopping experience.

  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements


  • Explore and onboard merchants within assigned territory
  • Train merchants to effectively use our online store and also manage the relationship
  • Communicate important company updates to the merchant under their supervision and ensure that the information is understood.
  • Resolve transaction and application-related issues for merchants.
  • Escalate transaction issues where necessary to your supervisor.
  • Ensure that merchants are empowered to meet targets.
  • Research new market areas.
  • Ensure active and inactive merchants are routinely followed up on.
  • Ensure at least 80% retention rate of merchants at any given time.


  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor's degree in Business administration, business management, Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
  • Experience in Sales and marketing or related fields with 1 - 3 years of experience as a Merchant Acquisition agent or Direct Sales agent. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of ecommerce business and B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service is a plus.

Remuneration:  NGN 120,000 - 150,000
