Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Functions:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach businesses needing freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing Deal: Secure service agreements for international shipping, air freight, sea freight, and inland transportation.
- Providing Tailored Logistics Solutions: Understand client needs and offer customized logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Marketing Functions:
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Study the latest industry trends, trade regulations, and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Brand Awareness & Promotion: Increase Welink’s visibility through digital marketing, trade fairs, and networking.
- Advertising & Online Campaigns: Develop promotional content, manage social media, and execute targeted campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Pricing & Service Positioning: Help develop competitive pricing strategies for import/export and logistics solutions.
- Customer Feedback & Service Enhancement: Collect insights to improve the quality of logistics services and optimize customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of logistics, import/export, and supply chain management.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
