Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure post-sale follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, newsletters, and event campaigns.
- Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Maintain the company’s online presence through content updates on the website and social media platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
