Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to provide information about our educational toys.
• Promote and sell our products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist in in-store merchandising and product displays.
• Manage online sales channels and maintain the eCommerce platform.
• Monitor online inventory, update product listings, and process online orders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance online sales.
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of  OND
• Previous sales and marketing experience, particularly in the retail industry, is a plus.
• Working experience of 1 - 3 years
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and social media marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for educational toys and children's products.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend work.

Work Schedule: The Outlet is open 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
