Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to provide information about our educational toys.
- Promote and sell our products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in in-store merchandising and product displays.
- Manage online sales channels and maintain the eCommerce platform.
- Monitor online inventory, update product listings, and process online orders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance online sales.
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Previous sales and marketing experience, particularly in the retail industry, is a plus.
- Working experience of 1 - 3 years
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and social media marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for educational toys and children's products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend work.
Work Schedule: The Outlet is open 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
