Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. This may involve identifying target markets, analyzing competition, and formulating sales strategies to effectively position the company's services.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and converting them into paying customers. This may involve utilizing various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This may involve conducting client meetings, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Marketing Campaigns and Promotions: You will develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. This may involve creating marketing collateral, managing digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating advertising efforts to effectively reach target audiences.
- Sales Team Management: If applicable, you may be responsible for managing a sales team. This may involve hiring, training, and motivating sales staff, setting sales targets, and providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: You will be responsible for forecasting sales projections and providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. This information will be used to evaluate sales strategies, make informed business decisions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with Operations Team: You will work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and service delivery. This may involve communicating client requirements, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service implementation.
- Market Research and Analysis: You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer preferences. This information will be used to develop targeted marketing strategies and refine the company's service offerings to meet market demands.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: You will proactively seek customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. This may involve conducting satisfaction surveys, addressing customer concerns or complaints, and implementing corrective actions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 1,800,000 - 3,000,000 annually
