Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Sell Visas and other tour packages to individuals, organizations, groups, communities, etc.
• Achieve sales targets
• Lead Sales team to generate business
• Generate sales lead
• Liaise with clients in the planning and implementation of tours.
• Research, analyze, and compile travel statistics.
• Build and keep a good relationship with regular clients (communicate via calls, emails, social networking tools, and face-to-face meetings)
• Identify new business opportunities and contact potential clients
• Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
• Basic record keeping of business activities
• Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Provide detailed information on all tourism marketing programs
• Respond to tourism inquiries that require research, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Responsible for consistent data collection and management
• Generating and maintaining a database
• New customer acquisition and retention
• Creating detailed proposal documents
• Handling bookings and reservations when necessary
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the tourism industry
• Certification in a related field will be an added advantage
• The candidate must have experience in sales of Dubai visas and other travel packages
• Candidate must be willing to work in the field
• Candidate must have the ability to develop and drive marketing strategies
• Candidate must possess good negotiation and good customer service skills.
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and have good salesmanship
• The candidate should have a good understanding of the tourism industry
• Must be willing to work with targets
• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
