Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Create and present sales proposals, pitches, and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales and business development experience (2+ years) in FMCG
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of the modern trade and industry dynamics
