Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sound products knowledge.
- Handling customer Objections perfectly.
- Consistent follow-up of customer renewals accordingly.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company profile.
- Assisting customers in choosing the right products.
- Keeping register and perfect records of sales transactions.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- 2 years of work experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 150,000
