Retails Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree 
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate (minimum 1 year)
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the English language
• The ability to perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly & personable

Work Schedule: Will be required to work 5 days a week (2 days off) - Weekends may be included but that would mean 2 days off during the week

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos)

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
