Job Summary
The role entails the effective management of the Sales and Sales-Support staff, potential, new and existing Customers, Inventory, etc of an ultra-modern consumer electronics retail-store in order to successfully and consistently deliver on the Sales/Revenue expectations of the company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of a retail store operation
- Articulation & execution of the necessary sales growth strategies
- Effective leadership of the retail store staff
- Stock/inventory management
- Management of relationships with all support departments
- Effective management of prospective & existing customers
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Promoting continuous repeat-purchase
Requirements:
- This position is open to preferably a female candidate
- HND/BSc in any discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a role involving handling people (including Teaching or Lecturing)
- Experience in Selling will be good but not compulsory.
- Serious-minded
- Nice but irrepressible
- Impressive physical presence but very agile
- Strong persuasion ability
- Good oral & written English
Location: Lagos Mainland & Lagos Island
