This role is critical for bringing SureChill into the mass refrigeration market in Nigeria by developing dealer relationships and finding way to sell our 1st product to arrive in Nigeria in October 2023 through the retail channel.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Dealer mapping in Lagos:
- Map white goods dealers in Lagos during a 3-month period
- Map 30 dealers per week
- Create awareness of our technology and our new product
Placing the fridge at dealer POS:
- Have the fridge placed in 50 POS within the 1st 3 months.
- Drive a minimum of 150 sales in the 1st 3 months.
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
Collect Market Insights:
- Collect and summarize market insights from discussions with dealers.
- Advise on the market launch strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales rep role in the hardware sector (appliances, telco...)
- Been exposed to the dealer network in Lagos for white goods.
- Execution of sales strategy
- Manage relationships with distributors/dealers.
- Good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible
- Ideally bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing
- Understand what it takes to work for a start-up.
- Able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Must be Ambitious
- Results driven.
Contract Type: 6-month consulting contract with an option to become permanent if the business prospect is positive.
