Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features and pricing).
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Supervisor.
- Stay up to date with new products/services.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must be a team player, possessing strong communication skills and great attention to detail
- The ideal candidate must also be detail-oriented.
