Sales Recruitment Officers

Responsibilities:

• Recruit 20 sales target guaranteed agents into our workforce each month.
• Your recruits (sales agents) must approach businesses or individuals and get them to post jobs on our site.
• Keep a record of sales agents (recruits) under you, including contact details.
• Introduce and educate recruits (sales agents) as regards their roles and objectives.
• Each recruit must sell at least 20 membership subscription plans per month (or all your recruits meet the sales target of 400 memberships a month.)
• Each of your recruits must get at least 20 jobs posted per month using different memberships.
• Develop and implement plans and features that enhance the performance of your recruits.
• Manage the recruits (sales agents).
• Monitor the performance of your recruits.
• Assist them when technical problems arise.
• You report directly to the Head of Remote Work.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in any field.
• A certificate in marketing or sales is an added advantage
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar jobs like this is an added advantage.
• Persuasive skills
• Results-driven, motivated
• Internet-ready smartphone or preferably an Internet-ready Laptop computer
• Ability to work with URL links (copy, paste, send and modify) and WhatsApp.
• Good sales and marketing skills
• Good written & spoken English / communication
• Should be able to work without supervision.
• Be versatile, adaptive, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
• Sales target guaranteed recruits only.

Remuneration: NGN150,000 per month.
