As a Sales Representative for NewFade, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into sales by communicating with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. You will be provided with warm leads, so it will be your responsibility to nurture those relationships and close the sale. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients and follow up on warm leads provided by NewFade
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely manner
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable hair unit options and haircare products from NewFade's catalog
- Work closely with the team to ensure that the client's needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and orders in NewFade's CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with new products and trends in the hair unit industry
- Sell products and services over the phone.
- Achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the hair unit or beauty industry
- Experience working with International clients is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using email, phone, and WhatsApp to communicate with clients.
