Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with business objectives.
- Drive sales performance across retail and wholesale channels.
- Support and manage daily operations of retail and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Ensure regular sales reporting using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Recruit, train, and oversee field sales representatives if required.
- Conduct regular market visits and build strong local customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
