Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Develop and maintain new customer relationships to expand the market coverage of the company's products.
- Sales Plan: Develop and implement regional sales plans based on the company's sales goals to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Customer Management: Regularly visit customers, understand customer needs, and provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales services.
- Market Research: Collect and analyze market information, understand competitor trends, and provide advice for company decision-making.
- Product Promotion: Organize and participate in product promotion activities to enhance the visibility of the company's products in the market.
- Sales Report: Regularly report sales progress, analyze sales data, and provide improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Marketing, Business, and Medicine-related majors are preferred, college degree or above.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of sales work experience, those with experience in healthcare product sales are preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability Requirements: Excellent market analysis, customer communication, and negotiation skills; high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Other requirements: Familiar with the Lagos regional market and able to adapt to frequent business trips.
