Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend strategies.
- Supervise and support sales representatives/field staff to maximise productivity.
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and promotional execution across outlets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with clients when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical practices.
- Provide customer service support by resolving issues and addressing client concerns promptly
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Those who have previously worked in the beverages industry are preferred.
- Degree in a related field
