Responsibilities
You will be assigned projects from your Regional Sales Advocate Manager.
To gain the budgets, your Regional Sales Advocate Manager will deem what percentage commission compensation will be paid to the individual Regional Sales Advocate Member whenever the Regional Sales Advocate Member signs a financial partner, to our Company.
Once your team collectively signs Financial Partners to Shire in the amount of $100 Million USD, the Regional Sales Advocate Sales Member, your Non-commission, compensation is $100,000USD on a Shire calendar year plus still gaining Commission.
