To sign financial partners to the individual projects from our business pla.
The Regional Sales Managers may hire 10 regional members to their team and delegate projects to the Regional Sales Members. The Regional Sales Manager is paid commission compensation of 10% of what the financial partners signs.
The Regional Sales Manager, once your teams collectively sign financial partners to shire, in the amount of $100 million usd, the regional sales manager, your non commission, compensation is $200,000 USD on a shire calendar year. Plus still gaining commission. Simultaneously, when this transpires.
