Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Seeing to the overall marketing and sales activities of the company within the region
- Managing the medical representatives in the region
- Creating plans and strategies to achieve budgets
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BPharm or BSc Biochemistry, Microbiology, sciences
- 7 years of working experience
- Successful previous experience in sales management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Sound strategic thinking skills
- Good Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent report writing skills.
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 310,000 - 360,000
