Job Summary

Our client, a reputable education consultancy firm, is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the student application and admissions process for study-abroad programs across the UK, USA, Canada, and Ireland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client communication, providing admission information, and ensuring a smooth hiring.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Share accurate information on admission requirements and study options available.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and application progress.
  • Liaise with the main office to forward and follow up on student applications.
  • Support the recruitment and marketing team with client management and documentation.
  • Ensure excellent client service through proactive communication and follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND qualification. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in client service, education consultancy, or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools for communication and coordination.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
