Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Share accurate information on admission requirements and study options available.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and application progress.
- Liaise with the main office to forward and follow up on student applications.
- Support the recruitment and marketing team with client management and documentation.
- Ensure excellent client service through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in client service, education consultancy, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools for communication and coordination.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
