Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors from different companies within the shared space
- Managing walk-in guests and guiding them to the right offices
- Handling phone calls, enquiries, and general information requests
- Managing bookings for meeting rooms and shared facilities
- Keeping the reception area and waiting areas clean and ready for use
- Resolving small issues quickly and professionally
- Maintaining records, attendance logs, and basic administrative tasks
- Offering support to the management team when needed
