Welcomes guests when they arrive and takes care of them until their departure. You will also be responsible for the establishment from midnight to 7 am by ensuring the safety of property and people.

Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
- Provides a warm and personalized welcome to guests.
- Anticipates guests’ needs and takes them into consideration.
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks.
- Conveys the brand’s image.
Professional Techniques/Production:
- Takes care of arrival and departure processes for guests, ensuring they take as little time as possible.
- Respects the procedures governing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Informs guests about the formalities, special conditions relating to their stay, and the services available.
- Handles phone calls and manages reservations.
- Follows up on customer requests (wake-up calls, taxi, breakfast, room service, etc.).
- When on night shift, writes a report on activities and incidents that occur during the night.
- Ensures guest documentation at reception and in the lobby is available and up-to-date.
Commercial/Sales:
- Promotes range of services to increase sales.
- Applies and supports the pricing policy.
- Encourages customer loyalty by promoting the brand.
Management and Administration:
- Respects the procedures governing invoicing and cash operations
- Is responsible for the reception’s cash holdings.
Hygiene/Personal Safety/Environment:
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy.
- Applies security regulations (fire, night patrols, closure of access, etc.).
- Establishes the closing and nightly activity reports for management.
Requirements:
- Computer literate (Windows environment).
- Fluent in a local language and business English.
- Candidate must be a graduate with at least 3 years of the same experience.
- Good interpersonal skills (guest-oriented and service-minded).
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills.
- Must have self-control and be sales oriented
