Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our land/property offerings
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, DMs, and physical marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Conduct site inspections and property tours
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates, NYSC members, or anyone passionate about sales
- Individuals with experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or FMCG sales
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Asaba
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)
- Must be willing to learn and work as a team
