Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies, and plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the team achieves its target.
- Recruit, train, retain, and manage at least 6 competent unit sales managers.
- Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.
- Ensure optimal team productivity.
Requirements:
- 5 years relevant experience in Real Estate marketing and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of the terrain and field marketing.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Experience in sales of insurance is an advantage.
