Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and full rental occupancy by making cold calls, advertising and filling vacancies, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements, and enforcing lease terms
- Build and manage a database of clients and prospects aimed at achieving sales
- Follow up on prospects to the stage of inspection and eventual sales
- Develop and carry out strategic plans and forecasts for marketing and sales in order to reach the company's goals for products and services
- Promote properties through relevant marketing initiatives
- Manage different levels of customer interactions, from business-to-business relationships to corporate clients and individual clients
- Prepare all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) and keep updated records of all properties in your care
- Follow all legal guidelines and policies in all deals
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Minimum academic qualification of Bsc in marketing or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 3years of real estate experience as a sales executive
- Proven track record of real estate sales
- Lives within a commutable distance to Lekki Phase1
- Candidate must know how to drive and have a valid driver’s license
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team, great personality, and the right attitude to work
- Proficient in the use of MS suite (excel, word, power-point, etc.)
