Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided lead lists.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to gauge seller interest and motivation.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Log lead details accurately in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads persistently but respectfully.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to close deals.
Requirements:
- Must have a natural American accent for clear and professional communication.
- Experience in cold calling, sales, real estate, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote positions).
Benefits:
- USD 150 per month, with a commission based on sales performance and contracts.
- USD 25 for getting a property under contract, USD 50 for closing property deals.
- Salary Increment every 3 months (quarterly review)
Working hours: 9 AM - 4 PM EST (3 PM - 10 PM WAT), Monday to Friday
