Job Description/Requirements
- Reporting to the BD Lead on sales strategy roadmap focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, prospect, and develop highly promising agents within assigned regions.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote company services to prospective agents.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with existing and prospective agents.
- Expedite the resolution of agents' problems and complaints to appropriate channels to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Assisting management in identifying viable markets.
- Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
- Demonstrating product features to customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
- Implementing business plans and strategies for sales pitches, deal negotiations, and closures.
- Engage in regular seminars for potential customers to introduce the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in sales.
- Product Knowledge: requires an understanding of the fintech industry and e-Payments products.
- Business Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
