Job Summary

The Pre-sales personnel will engage with prospective Customers, understand their energy requirements, recommend tailored solar solutions, prepare technical documents and proposals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage Potential customers through calls, emails, and physical meetings.
  • Conduct site assessments and collect technical information.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design preliminary solar system Solutions.
  • Prepare and Present Technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
  • Educate customers about our solar products, Installation processes, warranties, and Benefits.
  • Maintain Leads records.
  • Design of C&I and mini-grid solution
  • Supporting Sales Executives in Closing deals by providing technical Insights during client Engagements.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable energy or related Fields.
  • 3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Sales, or Customer service support (Preferably solar/energy sector)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in solar design software (Pvsyst, Homepro, Helioscope, Open Solar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits or client meetings as needed.
  • Knowledge of battery storage systems, hybrid inverters, and various types of solar solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards for solar installations.
  • Project management or sales training is a plus.
