We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Job Description/Requirements
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the MD
- Manage correspondence, calls, and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
- Coordinate logistics as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with social media coordination and general office duties
- Minimum of B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must reside on the Island
