We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle tasks with professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the MD
  • Manage correspondence, calls, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
  • Coordinate logistics as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with social media coordination and general office duties

Requirements:
  • Minimum of B.Sc. qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must reside on the Island
