Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) — a dynamic entrepreneur with multiple business interests. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring the MD’s activities and priorities are efficiently managed.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar for optimal time use and priority alignment.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Conduct research and compile information relevant to business activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the MD.
  • Track task follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide general administrative and personal support as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of shorthand writing is an added advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Victoria Island/Ikoyi

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
