Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) — a dynamic entrepreneur with multiple business interests. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring the MD’s activities and priorities are efficiently managed.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar for optimal time use and priority alignment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Conduct research and compile information relevant to business activities.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the MD.
- Track task follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative and personal support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of shorthand writing is an added advantage.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Victoria Island/Ikoyi
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
