Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Manage schedules
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma, NCE, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a similar role is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask and have a good sense of dressing.
- Confidence, outspoken, and excellent communication skills.
- Integrity, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this role.
