Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the CEO.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Provide administrative support
  • Manage schedules
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma, NCE, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
  • Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and have a good sense of dressing.
  • Confidence, outspoken, and excellent communication skills.
  • Integrity, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this role.
