Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Coordinate communication on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and project updates to support the CEO’s workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Organise documents, files, emails, and communication channels efficiently.
- Assist with research, data gathering, and preparation of notes when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PA, EA, or Administrative Officer.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools, scheduling systems, and productivity software.
- Ability to work proactively, handle pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to support the CEO’s dynamic schedule.
