Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Personal Support.
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Complete expense tracking, budgeting, and invoice processing.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external parties.
- Draft and respond to emails, messages, and calls on behalf of the employer.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders
- Assist with personal errands, shopping, and household coordination.
- Manage personal projects, events, and special occasions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Task & Project Management
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Event planning experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel or errands are required).
Work Environment:
- May require occasional travel.
- May include remote, in-office, or hybrid work depending on employer needs.
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required.
