Job Summary

A Personal Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the productivity and quality of life of their employer by handling a broad range of administrative and personal tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Personal Support.
  • Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Complete expense tracking, budgeting, and invoice processing.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external parties.
  • Draft and respond to emails, messages, and calls on behalf of the employer.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, and household coordination.
  • Manage personal projects, events, and special occasions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Task & Project Management
  • Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.


Preferred Skills:

  • Event planning experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license (if travel or errands are required).


Work Environment:

  • May require occasional travel.
  • May include remote, in-office, or hybrid work depending on employer needs.
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required.
