We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive or individual. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel plans including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Run errands and assist with personal tasks such as shopping or event planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and expense documentation
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Coordinate household or office services (e.g., cleaners, maintenance)
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
