Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly
- Take accurate food & beverage orders
- Serve food, drinks, and coffee items promptly
- Maintain table cleanliness and ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Neat, presentable, and professional
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
