Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Oversee the activities and performance of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective patrol strategies and schedules to maximize coverage and response times.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Deliver training sessions to security staff on safety practices, emergency procedures, and situation handling.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation regarding patrol activities, incidents, and team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security or law enforcement field.
- Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and best practices in the industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with incident investigation procedures and reporting standards.
- Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
