Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing and supervising other order fulfillment officers while also assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners to streamline the fulfillment process.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve order fulfillment issues, such as delays, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy and fulfillment time.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Data Analysis: Generate reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics.



Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Applicants must reside in the following areas: Oniru, Lekki Phase 1, Marwa, Elf Bus-stop, Ikate Elegushi (You will not be considered for the role if you live outside these specified areas.)
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service.

Example Scenarios

  • Resolving a Delivery Delay: If a customer reports a delay, the officer would investigate the reason, update the manager on the situation, and work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue.
  • Managing an Inventory Shortage: If a product is out of stock, the officer would notify relevant parties, explore alternative solutions, and ensure the customer is informed of the delay or alternative options.
  • Improving Fulfillment Accuracy: The officer would identify error-prone areas, implement quality control measures, and track performance to drive improvement.
