Role Overview
The Operations & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing studio operations, coordinating client projects, and handling administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the studio’s operations, calendar, and bookings.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, resources, and freelance teams.
- Handle client communications, quotations, contracts, and invoicing.
- Track project timelines from booking to final delivery.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, props, and consumables.
- Oversee petty cash and basic expense reporting.
- Implement and improve operational systems for efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Evident initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Basic financial literacy (invoicing, petty cash management).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in the creative/media industry is a strong advantage.
