Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
• Supervise staff schedules, performance, and coordination
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply control
• Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and handle client feedback or complaints
• Identify areas for operational improvement and lead initiatives to address them
• Collaborate with management on strategy, reporting, and goal setting

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic operations
• B.Sc in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of compliance, HR processes, scheduling, and inventory management
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software (an added advantage)

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly  (plus commission, final offer depends on experience)
