We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and staff performance. This role involves managing schedules, inventory, training, salon maintenance, and operational reporting, while ensuring adherence to company policies and KPIs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily salon operations, appointments, and workflow for optimal service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff, conduct meetings and one-on-ones, review performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure staff deliver professional service, handle complaints, and develop strategies to improve client retention.
- Monitor inventory, track usage, perform audits, and ensure timely ordering.
- Keep the salon clean and well-organised, oversee equipment maintenance, and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Identify training needs, onboard new employees, and encourage skill development and continuous learning.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports, monitor revenue and costs, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct; handle disciplinary matters when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational/managerial roles (beauty, hospitality, or retail preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in salon software (e.g., Timely), inventory tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Must demonstrate competencies in leadership, customer focus, conflict resolution, adaptability, attention to detail and time management
