Job Summary
We seek an Operations & IT Executive to support our internal management, HR, and technical operations. The role bridges administration and technology—managing communication, staff coordination, system access, and technical issue resolution. This person ensures smooth collaboration between the technical and non-tech teams. This person will work directly with the founder to oversee daily operations, coordinate communication between teams, manage staff and systems, and ensure smooth IT and administrative workflows across the organization. You will act as the central link between leadership, developers, designers, marketing, and external partners—ensuring everyone stays aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage internal communication across Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence.
- Coordinate daily operations, team schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Handle HR processes: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, leave tracking, and compliance.
- Provide first-level IT and systems support (Google Workspace, AWS, GitHub, SharePoint, etc.).
- Troubleshoot access, permission, and technical issues; escalate when necessary.
- Manage website issues, queries, contents and designs support where applicable
- Create and manage shared drives, access controls, and staff credentials across departments.
- Represent the company in responding to emails, scheduling meetings, handling queries, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee administrative documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Support live operations once the platform launches (handling user or partner queries).
- Ensure cross-functional coordination between tech, product, and marketing teams.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in operations management, technical coordination, or executive administration within a tech/IT environment.
- Strong technical literacy—able to navigate IT systems, basic troubleshooting, and SaaS tools.
- Experience with Slack, Teams, Jira, Confluence, web applications, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
