Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive who will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of the business across both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) channels.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities across retail and business channels to ensure efficiency, service delivery, and compliance with company standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for brand partners, supporting product launches, vendor coordination, and product visibility across retail platforms.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability to reduce discrepancies and prevent stock-outs.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support decision-making and business planning.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of operational systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation of operational activities, including procurement, inventory, and logistics records.
- Drive customer experience and operational excellence by ensuring consistent service standards across all channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to align operations, sales, and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, policies, and internal control standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience in operations, retail support, logistics, or administrative coordination.
- Experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage vendors and brand partner relationships effectively.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage.
