Job summary
A reputable consulting, compliance, and business-orientated firm in Abuja is seeking to employ a highly competent, exceptionally smart, innovative, and results-driven administrative & business support officer.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage official emails and correspondence
- Draft agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other business documents
- Prepare company profiles, bid/tender profiles, proposals, and presentations
- Support company registrations, compliance, and regulatory filings
- Coordinate administrative and office operations
- Follow up on assignments and ensure timely execution
- Conduct research and prepare reports
- Support business development and client engagement activities
- Report and proposal writing
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in consulting, compliance, legal, accounting, real estate, corporate services, procurement, or business development will be an added advantage
- Proficiency with AI tools and other certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent drafting and report-writing skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing and available to travel on short notice when required

Salary: 200,000 - 250,000
