Job summary

A reputable consulting, compliance, and business-orientated firm in Abuja is seeking to employ a highly competent, exceptionally smart, innovative, and results-driven administrative & business support officer.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage official emails and correspondence
  • Draft agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other business documents
  • Prepare company profiles, bid/tender profiles, proposals, and presentations
  • Support company registrations, compliance, and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate administrative and office operations
  • Follow up on assignments and ensure timely execution
  • Conduct research and prepare reports
  • Support business development and client engagement activities
  • Report and proposal writing
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in consulting, compliance, legal, accounting, real estate, corporate services, procurement, or business development will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency with AI tools and other certifications will be an added advantage
  • Excellent drafting and report-writing skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing and available to travel on short notice when required
