Job Summary

You are responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating every member of the operating unit and ensure efficient workflows as you play a crucial role in supporting daily activities of the Operators.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, timely installations, and repairs in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Manage correspondence, respond to operational emails, follow up on pending tasks, and maintain accurate data entries and reports.
  • Liaise consistently with Client Services, Operations, and Management to ensure client projects are accurately executed, aligned with specifications, and completed on schedule.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance by ensuring all operational permits, licenses, and renewal fees are processed before expiration or project commencement.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure safety standards are upheld across all operational activities.
  • Support procurement and inventory management by documenting materials received, monitoring stock levels, and raising requisitions for supplies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on operations performance, challenges, and recommendations for management review.
  • Collaborate with team leads to plan manpower, allocate workloads, and ensure operational targets and project timelines are met.
  • Maintain transparent communication with the team, sharing challenges and successes to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Support senior management in developing outdoor innovation strategies and business improvement initiatives to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee quality of Out-of-Home (OOH) materials before deployment and ensure all installations meet Motomedia’s standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support the operations and overall business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum  BSc
  • 5 years of previous experience in Administration or Operations Managements
